Dreamweaver Terriers, located in Burtonsville, Maryland, is owned and operated by Al Ferruggiaro who has over 40 years of experience in raising and showing pure bred dogs. Al’s interest in breeding dogs began with handling his poodle Sootie in Junior Showmanship when he was a child and continued into adulthood with breeding and exhibition of many AKC champion Lakeland and Norwich terriers. Al currently serves on local and national dog club boards as an American Kennel Club conformation judge licensed to judge 37 breeds (mostly terrier and toy breeds) and Best in Show. Other activities include:

• Columbia Terrier Association of Maryland - Treasurer and Terrier-Group Show Chairman
• Mason-Dixon Dog Judges Association - Communications Coordinator

• The Norwich Terrier Club of America - Vice-President and member
• Member of American Dog Show Judges, Dog Judges Association of America, Senior Conformation Judges Association, Lakeland Terrier Society (UK), and The Norwich Terrier Club (UK).
